The Alliant Power AP60901 is a remanufactured stock replacement injector for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Worn 6.0L injectors are known for stiction, which shows up as misfires, rough idle, hard cold starts, smoke and lost power. A single AP60901 lets you replace the problem cylinder without buying a full set. On 2003-2004 trucks it is an upgrade over the original injector.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

Fits 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke. On 2003-2004 trucks the AP60901 is an upgrade over the original injector.

Installation Tip: Use new injector O-rings, copper washers and hold-down bolts, and lubricate the O-rings with clean engine oil before seating each injector so they do not roll or tear. Prime the fuel system before the first start.
