For Fleece products with core charges we are going to have the customer follow the instructions that Fleece provides for core return in the box. Fleece nor FFD provides a return label, the customer will be responsible for that. The customer is also responsible for filling out the Fleece paper work and keeping record of their core return tracking. When making the sale over the phone please mention this to them so that they are aware of what to do with their core. It would also be great if they could take a picture of their core return paper work after they have filled it out to have for their own records. Once Fleece has processed their core and issued credit we will issue credit to the customer.

All BD products in the BD boxes when they leave our facility or are being drop shipped. If you happen to take a call from a customer that is questioning how/where to send there core back please have them email in a picture of their core ID tag along with their order number to [email protected]. I will set up the core return for them and email them the return label along with any necessary paper work to get it back to BD. Once BD processes their core we will issue credit to the customer.
