The Alliant Power AP60901 is a remanufactured stock replacement injector, sold here as a complete set of 8, for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Worn 6.0L injectors are known for stiction, which shows up as misfires, rough idle, hard cold starts, smoke and lost power. Replacing all 8 at once restores balanced fueling across every cylinder and saves pulling the valve covers twice. On 2003-2004 trucks it is an upgrade over the original injector.
Each injector is remanufactured by PurePower Technologies, an OE injector manufacturer, with new spool valves machined to original specification, new rail connections, thru-rods, nuts, Belleville washers, O-rings and springs. The control valve body and spool are precision ground to tight clearances, and the intensifier body and plunger are matched to prevent fuel dilution of the oil.
