Replace the rubber cab mounts on a 1999-2007 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty before the cab sags and the doors quit lining up. Factory rubber cracks and crushes under the cab, so the body shifts on the frame and the bed rail no longer meets the cab. Daystar KF04058BK puts black polyurethane mounts, new steel shells, and new bolts in place of that rubber. You are not pressing new bushings into the crushed cups.
- Black polyurethane: The new mounts are a different size than the crushed rubber, and they hold the cab at the original factory height instead of packing down.

- In the kit: Eight M02546 mounts, eight M03305 mounts, two smaller M03306 mounts, eight threaded steel mounts, eight large steel mounts, two S10126 washers, and hardware kit BP04057.
- Bolt lengths: Use eight M12 x 1.75 x 110 mm bolts and eight M12 washers. If a bolt does not match the hole, reuse the factory bolt.
- Position 3: Some trucks need the smaller M03306 mount at position 3 instead of M03305. If the lower M02546 mount will not seat in the frame, reuse the original lower mount.
- Torque: Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern until the steel shells seat, about 45-55 ft-lbs, then retorque them after 500 miles.
- Does not fit: A 2008-2016 Super Duty, which uses Daystar KF04060BK, or a 2000-2005 Ford Excursion, which uses Daystar KF04051BK.
- Not in the box: Mounts for the bed. This kit is the cab, including the radiator support.

Where to begin� well first off I�m a huge supporter of full force, but these body mounts are pretty terrible. They are way smaller compared to ford bushings and a few other companies I�ve seen. The directions were simply horrible. Also the components themselves were very poor quality. There is a few different size bolts and none seem to actually be a good size for the job. The washers were kinda small. The bushings themselves were actually oval shaped to go in the oval shaped holes in the body mount brackets on the frame, but were so small they would still just spin in the hole. I put them on a work beater and was dedicated before I started really realizing I messed up. So going to run them until summer then look into a better kit.
