The SCT X4 7015 is a handheld flash tuner for 1999–2019 Ford Super Duty Powerstroke trucks. It plugs into the OBD-II port, loads a tune, and backs up the stock file so you can return the PCM to factory.
Preloaded files cover tow, street, and performance. On a stock truck the gains run about 110 hp on a 7.3, 120 hp on a 6.0, 113 hp on a 6.4, and roughly 90 to 135 hp on a 2011–2016 6.7. A 2017–2019 6.7 is about 131 hp and 210 lb-ft. It holds up to 10 custom tunes, reads and clears codes, logs data, and can adjust tire size, axle ratio, speed limiter, and shift firmness. The screen is a color LCD, about 2.75 by 5.5 inches, with Wi-Fi updates and two analog inputs for an EGT or wideband probe.
It is a programmer, not a dash monitor. Flash the truck, then unplug it. These files do not delete or disable emissions equipment. A truck with the DPF, EGR, or catalyst removed will not take the preloaded tunes. It is not for sale in California.

I'm asking because I live outside the country, specifically in Honduras. I want to buy a 1999-2019 Powerstroke X4 Tuner SCT 7015, but I saw that it says "California Restricted." What does that mean? Is it for exclusive use in California, or can I buy it and use it outside of the country?

California restricted means it's not for sale to the state of california. Is the same product.

I bought a 2006 F250 with the 6.0 that had the EGR cooler removed, but the EGR valve still in place but disconnected, and it constantly throws the check engine codes as a result. Can I use this to tell the computer to ignore those codes?

We can not add custom injector tunes for the SCT tuner. Recommend you grab a Hydra Chip.

Exactly as described. I paid for next day shipping and it came the next day. The tuner/programmer itself is good but the preloaded tunes aren’t worth much. SCT help-desk is useless but the tuner itself worked great.

Does everything I needed it to do. A good boost in HP and fuel mileage went up in my �21 Ranger Tremor.

This tuner was my first tuner and so far is doing me and the truck great, my mpg went up a few and when I put it on the max tune it comes with this truck is a whole different truck, a freaking animal I say!! Powerband is great an quicker spool up forsure. Even sounds way better tuned whistle is louder and engine is more throaty. I really enjoy driving it daily now.
