I'm asking because I live outside the country, specifically in Honduras. I want to buy a 1999-2019 Powerstroke X4 Tuner SCT 7015, but I saw that it says "California Restricted." What does that mean? Is it for exclusive use in California, or can I buy it and use it outside of the country?

California restricted means it's not for sale to the state of california. Is the same product.

Exactly as described. I paid for next day shipping and it came the next day. The tuner/programmer itself is good but the preloaded tunes aren’t worth much. SCT help-desk is useless but the tuner itself worked great.

Does everything I needed it to do. A good boost in HP and fuel mileage went up in my �21 Ranger Tremor.

This tuner was my first tuner and so far is doing me and the truck great, my mpg went up a few and when I put it on the max tune it comes with this truck is a whole different truck, a freaking animal I say!! Powerband is great an quicker spool up forsure. Even sounds way better tuned whistle is louder and engine is more throaty. I really enjoy driving it daily now.
