We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable/back order at time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. If a part is currently on back order upon processing your order, we will make an attempt to contact you by one of the following methods: Text message, phone call, email. If we receive no response from you regarding a back order, we will ship part(s) as it becomes available.

Full Force Diesel Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

You have 30 days from date of receiving your order to request a return.
Returns must be sent in no later than 15 days from the request being made.

Prepare the item for return: Ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Include the original receipt or order confirmation: Please make sure to include a copy of your order number or receipt in the return package. Do not write on the original packaging. Please ship to the following address and retain the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Please allow 4-5 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Restocking fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; warranties are exempt.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any returns that are denied will be held for 10 days and then disposed of unless you request the item to be returned to you at your expense.

Shipping Time — Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Full Force Diesel shipping insurance is a hassle-free solution that puts you on the fast track to resolving a lost or damaged package claim. There is no application process, simply select shipping insurance in the shopping cart and you are protected. Shipping insurance applies to all products on your order and covers all tracking numbers associated with the order. Submitting a claim is simple, contact a Full Force Diesel customer support specialist will respond within 1 business day to finalize the process. Shipping insurance does not cover theft.

COVERAGE DETAILS
This coverage insures the package and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause while in transit from Full Force Diesel or its suppliers to the shipping address on file. Shipping insurance must be selected at the time of ordering and cannot be selected after. Shipping insurance may be cancelled and refunded PRIOR to a tracking number being generated. Once the tracking information for a product has been generated and the product has shipped, the shipping insurance amount can NOT be refunded. This is a product replacement insurance and therefore Full Force Diesel will NOT refund your money.

COVERAGE LIMITS
The limits of this coverage will be equal to or less than the original purchase price of the product(s). The combined limit will never exceed the original order subtotal. Full Force Diesel will replace each product a maximum of one time.

FILING TIME FRAMES
Time to File: Maximum 60 Days from Date of Shipment
Non-Delivery Shipments: Wait 15 Days for Domestic Shipments, 30 Days for Canadian Shipments
Damaged Shipments: Must Be Filed within 7 days of receipt

COVERAGE CONDITIONS:
Full Force Diesel will issue you a replacement product of equal value or issue a store credit or for the original purchase price of the product. This plan is nontransferable and will expire 60 days after the shipment date. All replacement shipping cost covered by Full Force Diesel will beUPS ground.

Generally, once your claim (including supporting documentation) has been submitted, processing takes an average of 8-10 days. After a claim is approved Full Force Diesel will ship the replacement product as quickly as possible. In some cases, due to limited product availability this may take 7-14 days.

Customers filing more than one claim may experience a delay in product replacement due to increased investigative time. Any fraudulent claim will make you liable for prosecution. Your satisfaction is our number one goal and Full Force Diesel will do everything within our power to resolve your claim quickly.

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Full Force Diesel Performance holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Full Force Diesel Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Full Force Diesel Performance shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Full Force Diesel Performance will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
