Later 6.0 Power Stroke water pumps use a 100mm plastic impeller that cracks at the hub and stops moving coolant. Bullet Proof 90201049 is a billet-aluminum pump with a metal impeller for that 100mm front cover.

Fitment & Installation Notes

• Years and vehicle: Store fitment is 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0 Power Stroke. Later trucks are usually 100mm, but a replaced front cover can change that.
• Measure: Bullet Proof says the sure check is to measure the impeller. A 2004 truck can be either size.
• Not included: The front cover, belt, and fan.
• Confirm: Measure the old impeller and order 90201049 only if it is 100mm.
