Fitment Fits 2004.5–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Super Duty trucks (F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550 and similar) equipped with the 100mm water pump. Late-2004 and newer engines typically use the 100mm pump; 2003 and early-2004 engines usually use the 90mm version.

The only way to be certain is to measure the impeller. For 2004 models, check the VIN (example: …4EB… = later 2004.25+ build; 4EA often indicates an early/90mm truck). This is not a conversion kit to install a 100mm pump on a 90mm front cover.
