The FASS NDTSF14250F220G is a Titanium Series 220 gallon-per-hour system with a no-drop sump for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. The sump goes on without dropping the tank. Buying the system and the sump separate costs more. The Signature Series Plus without the sump is TSPF14250F220G.
It is rated at 220 gph at about 60 to 65 psi. Filtration is about 3 micron, with water and air removal. Lines and ports are 1/2 inch. The bulkhead has a 5/8-inch suction tube and a 1/2-inch return, so the filler neck does not get cut. Whisper Technology keeps it quiet. Filter life is about 30,000 miles. A cab-and-chassis may need a different mount. The heater kit is HK1001. The high-output disk is HK1002.
