The FASS NDTSF14180F140G is a Titanium Series 140 gallon-per-hour system with a no-drop sump for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. FASS lists it for a stock to moderate truck, up to about 700 hp. The 220 gph no-drop kit is NDTSF14250F220G. The sump goes on without dropping the tank.

It is rated at 140 gph at about 60 to 65 psi. Filtration is about 2 to 3 micron, with water and air removal. Lines and ports are 1/2 inch. Whisper Technology keeps it quiet. Filter life is about 30,000 miles. This is the volume FASS approves for the 75 psi spring, DD-FASS-75PSI. The heater kit is HK1001. A cab-and-chassis may need a different mount.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 Super Duty trucks.
