The Kill Devil Diesel 67P-OP-6675-1 is a brand-new upper oil pan with an O-ring gasket for 2011-2019 Ford trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Later factory upper pans seal the block, front cover and oil pump with silicone, and those beads commonly leak, soak the undercarriage and force a repeat job. This pan replaces the RTV joint with a machined gasket groove and a real O-ring.
KDD has the pan made by an OE supplier from heat-treated A356 aluminum. The O-ring gasket is included. The oil cooler, oil filter housing and mounting hardware are not included; reuse the factory cooler, housing and fasteners. No core required. Not compatible with 2020 and newer 6.7L Powerstroke trucks, which use a different pan, front cover and oil pump.

Installation Tip: Reuse the factory oil cooler, oil filter housing and mounting hardware. Clean the block, front cover and oil pump mating surfaces thoroughly before seating the new O-ring, and inspect the O-ring groove for debris before final torque.
