The DieselSite BTL60 is a branch-tube lock for a 2003–2004 6.0 Powerstroke. It slips over the hex on the branch tube and seats in one position. It keeps the tube from walking out of the quick-connect, and it keeps the grommet bolt from backing out.

A failed grommet or a tube that pops off is a high-pressure oil leak and a no-start when hot. The HPOP cover comes off. The lock taps on. The branch tube and the hoses are not in this box.

It fits 2003–2004 Super Duty and Excursion trucks with the 6.0.

Relieve the high-pressure oil before the cover comes off. A hot oil leak will burn. If the tube is already cracked, the lock will not seal it.
