Upgrade your existing Driven Diesel Standard Regulated Return fuel system to a full Fuel Bowl Delete configuration with this V3 kit for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke trucks.

This kit removes the restrictive factory fuel filter bowl—the last major restriction in the fuel system—improving fuel flow to the cylinder heads, freeing up valuable space in the engine valley, and creating a cleaner, more serviceable setup. The V3 version is designed to clear Odawg S2/S3 intake manifolds.

Important Notes

• This is an upgrade kit only. It is designed exclusively to convert an existing Driven Diesel Standard Regulated Return system to a Fuel Bowl Delete setup. It is not a complete fuel system and cannot be used on a stock fuel system or with other brands of regulated return kits (support is provided only for Driven Diesel systems).
• Not compatible with the stock fuel pump. Requires a quality aftermarket fuel supply system with proper 2-micron post-pump filtration (Driven Diesel High Volume or Race kits, FASS, AirDog, etc.). Pre-pump filtration alone is not sufficient once the factory secondary filter bowl is removed.
• If your truck still uses the stock oil filter/fuel filter bowl assembly, the fuel bowl portion must be modified or replaced with an oil filter bowl that does not include the fuel filter section (recommended for easiest installation). If you have already deleted the oil filter bowl (e.g., with a Bullet Proof Diesel oil cooler kit), this upgrade allows complete removal of the assembly from the valley.

Fitment: 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke (F-250, F-350, Excursion, etc.). Does not fit E-Series vans.
