Feed the 6.0 more air after the stock manifold becomes the bottleneck. The ODAWGS Diesel 300299 S2R is a fully cast, ported intake manifold for 2004.5–2007 6.0 Powerstroke engines. It is designed and made in the USA with no weld seams, about 46% more airflow than stock, and only about a 2% front-to-rear cylinder difference. It retains the EGR valve.

Works with 2004.5–2007 square EGR coolers and matching up-pipes. 2003–early 2004 trucks with the round EGR cooler need the later square cooler and up-pipe. 2003–2004 trucks also need the 2005-up fuel bowl, line, and banjo bolt.
