6.7 Cummins Injector Set 150% Over – S&S Diesel 6.7C-150SAC-SET
Brand-new S&S Diesel Motorsport 150% over SAC injector set for 2007.5–2018 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins. Precision flow-matched for serious fuel delivery on high-performance builds.
These are complete new injector bodies (not remanufactured) fitted with EDM/honed SAC nozzles that deliver 150% greater nozzle flow than stock. S&S uses a proprietary nozzle honing process that produces clean, consistent holes and an excellent spray pattern. Nozzles are flow-matched to a tight 1% variance within the set. Each injector is then calibrated at multiple pressure and energizing points so the injection rate shapes align, and the finished set is balanced to a 3% variance for even cylinder-to-cylinder fueling under high rail pressure.
Ideal for compound or large single turbo setups that have the supporting air, high-capacity lift pump, upgraded CP3, and proper custom tuning. The increased fueling headroom supports substantial power gains while maintaining the consistency and atomization expected from S&S Motorsport injectors.
