Starting as a brand-new Bosch CP3, each unit is extensively modified by S&S Diesel Motorsport and finished in durable Cerakote for superior corrosion resistance.

With a massive 1,850 mm³/rev displacement, this pump delivers 650 L/h (2.86 GPM) of fuel flow at 6,000 RPM and is tested to 8,000 RPM (7,000 RPM recommended). It supports 1,200+ horsepower applications while maintaining stability where stock and lesser pumps fall off.

This version includes the Gen2 SP3000 Mechanical Supply Pump, a high-capacity feeder pump driven directly off the CP3 shaft. The SP3000 flows up to approximately 2,750–3,000 L/h, replaces the small factory gear pump, eliminates the need for a separate electric lift pump in many setups, and ensures the high-pressure side never starves — even above 5,000 RPM. It also frees up accessory drive space and keeps parasitic loss low (max ~3 HP).

Fitment

2007.5–2026 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500/4500 with 6.7L Cummins. (2019+ trucks originally equipped with CP4 require a CP3 conversion kit. 6.7L-based pumps can be adapted to 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins with the proper high-pressure line kit.)

Important Notes: This is a competition-oriented pump and does not follow a stock pump curve. Professional installation, proper fuel system plumbing (including dedicated -6AN return lines to the fuel cell under fluid level), and the S&S Regulated Filter Head (FDS-RFH-ASM) are strongly recommended for optimal performance and reliability. These pumps are typically made to order and subject to lead time.
