The Fleece FPE-SF-CUMM-1124-CCOA SureFlo Performance Sending Unit fits 2011-2024 Ram 4500/5500 Cab & Chassis 6.7L Cummins trucks with the 52-gallon rear over-axle fuel tank. Trucks running an aftermarket frame-mounted lift pump usually rely on a draw straw or a drilled-in sump, and both can pull air once the tank drops to about a quarter. That air leads to pump cavitation, fuel pressure drops and rough running.
The SureFlo replaces the factory sending unit in the stock location and feeds the external pump from a bucket assembly at the base of the unit. Fuel is drawn from and returned to that bucket, and one-way check valves let fuel flow in at low levels, so the pump keeps pulling fuel instead of air. It does not contain a fuel pump. No core required.
Key Features & Benefits
- SureFlo Bucket Design: Draws from and returns to the bucket with one-way check valves, eliminating quarter-tank air issues.
- OEM-Style Fitment: Installs in the stock sending unit location with no tank cutting or drilling.
- Factory-Style Quick Disconnects: Connect to the stock fuel lines at the tank for a clean install.
- Universal -8 AN Ports: Ready for professionally plumbed custom fuel systems.
- New Level Electronics: Fresh fuel level sender, float and heavy-duty billet aluminum cap with a new O-ring/flange seal.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes
Fits 2011-2024 Ram 4500/5500 Cab & Chassis 6.7L Cummins with the 52-gallon rear over-axle tank only. Requires an aftermarket externally mounted lift pump.
Installation Tip: Run the tank as low as practical before removal, relieve fuel pressure and disconnect the batteries. Clean the tank flange area before pulling the old sender so debris stays out of the tank, seat the new seal evenly, and check the fuel gauge reading and all fittings for leaks before the first drive.
