The S&B 75-5104 cold air intake fits 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. The factory intake tube and airbox add restriction between the filter and the turbo inlet, and engine bay heat raises intake temperature. This kit replaces both with a sealed system that S&B rates at 31.70% more airflow than stock.

A fully enclosed airbox pulls air from the factory grille inlet and front scoop, and a silicone tube seal blocks engine heat while allowing for engine movement. The large 8-layer oiled cotton filter is cleanable and reusable, and it comes out without removing the intake tube. No core required.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

Fits 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel. The CARB EO covers F-250 and F-350 applications only; S&B does not hold an EO for F-450 or F-550. The kit may not clear a body lift or lowering kit, a custom hood, or a throttle body spacer.

Installation Tip: Disconnect both cables on the passenger side battery and the negative cable on the driver side battery, and leave them off for at least two hours before reconnecting. Skipping the wait can set a check engine light after the swap. When you lift the stock airbox out, confirm the rubber grommets stayed in the battery tray so the new box seats on them.
