The FASS NDTSF17250F220G No-Drop Titanium Signature Series fuel system fits 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. The factory supply system does little to stop water, air and fine debris from reaching the CP4 pump and injectors, and that contamination is what drives expensive injection failures. This system adds a dedicated lift pump and filtration ahead of the engine to deliver clean fuel at steady pressure.
The kit pairs the Titanium Signature Series pump and filter assembly with the FASS Single Bolt Fuel Sump, so the tank stays in the truck and the factory fuel module is left alone. The sump installs through one hole in the bottom of the tank, with dedicated suction and return ports for both FASS lines. At 220 GPH, it is sized for modified trucks in the 700 to 900 HP range.
