IDM testing consists of verifying that the IDM fires all 8 injectors, runs an Injector Buzz Test to see if it is throwing false codes, and checking the output voltage and waveforms to the injectors with an oscilloscope.
As the IDM ages, the current output drops due drift in the tolerances of various components. The oscilloscope checks show the degree to which the IDM has lost performance.
Note: Once your IDM is tested and we find no issues, you will receive an email with test results and all parts that were sent in will be shipped back out to you, same day or on the next business day. If any parts test bad, you will receive a phone call from us.
How to send in: Print the form below, fill out and include in the package. Customer will be responsible for shipping to us. We do not provide shipping label.

Say my eprom is bad. Are you still gonna charge me +100 plus a new PCM 600+ or will the testing service be refunded if I get a PCM from you guys

You still get charged the testing fee if you need a pcm or not.
