The KC Turbo 302665 is a 6.0-style intercooler retrofit for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the larger bar-and-plate core and the boots that make it fit the 7.3.
The end tanks are cast aluminum. The core is TIG-welded bar and plate, rated past 150 psi. Four 8-inch multi-layer boots and four constant-tension clamps are in the box. It uses the factory intercooler mounts. The transmission cooler lines have to be moved, or a 6.0 transmission cooler has to go in, or the core will not clear.
It fits 1999.5–2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks.
