The Driven Diesel DD-FASS-75PSI is a regulator spring for a FASS Titanium pump on a 1999–2007 7.3 or 6.0 Powerstroke. It sets a grey 125G or 140G pump to 75 psi.

Those pumps leave FASS at 55 psi. A 7.3 and a 6.0 need about 75 at the pump so the engine-mounted regulator can still control the rail. The spring drops into the FASS regulator. No lines have to be cut. FASS wants this spring on the grey 125G and 140G pumps that shipped at 55 psi. A different 55 psi pump can take the spring, and FASS will not cover that pump under warranty.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 trucks running a grey FASS 125G or 140G.

Check pressure at the engine after it is in. A gauge that still reads 55 means the spring did not seat. The engine regulator still has to work.
