Early 6.0 Power Stroke pumps use a 90mm plastic impeller that cracks at the hub. Bullet Proof 90201050 is the billet-aluminum pump with a metal impeller for that smaller front cover, not the later 100mm pump.

Fitment & Installation Notes

• Years and vehicle: Store fitment is 2003-2004 Ford 6.0 Power Stroke. Bullet Proof says 2003 and early 2004 trucks came with 90mm, and a replaced cover can be 100mm.
• Measure: Measure the impeller. Do not guess from the model year alone on a 2004.
• Not included: The front cover, belt, and fan.
• Confirm: Order 90201050 only after measuring a 90mm impeller.
