Fitment

Fits 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines (F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 Super Duty, Excursion, and E-Series vans) equipped with 20mm cylinder head alignment dowels.

Critical Fitment Note: Early 6.0L engines (generally manufactured through approximately January 11, 2006) used 18mm dowels and require the corresponding 18mm gasket (Victor Reinz 61-10405-00). Later production engines use 20mm dowels. Most original Ford cylinder heads are 20mm regardless of build date—always verify your dowel size (or measure) before ordering, especially when using remanufactured heads.
