The aFe Large Bore-HD 49-43092 is a dual 4 inch DPF-back exhaust for 2017-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. An over-axle Y-pipe splits the flow to two tailpipes for a tip on each side.

It is built from 4 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel with four 4 inch band clamps and a hanger bracket, and it uses the factory mounting points. It is available with polished or black tips.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

• Fitment: 2017-2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Powerstroke with 141.6, 148, 159.8, 164.2 or 176 inch wheelbases. Not for cab and chassis models.
• Installation Tip: Remove the NOx sensor before you pull the stock exhaust. Loosen the underbody spare tire and push it toward the right side heat shield for clearance from the left tube, then retighten it. Cutting depends on your wheelbase. SuperCab short bed (148 inch) uses the flange adapter only, 141.6 inch long bed regular cab trims about 4 inches off the adapter, Crew Cab short bed trims the extension pipe to 15 inches, SuperCab long bed trims it to 19 inches, and Crew Cab long bed uses it as is. Re-tighten the clamps after the first 50-100 miles.
