The aFe 46-20362-B is a BladeRunner GT intercooler kit for a 2018–2020 F-150 3.0 Powerstroke. It replaces the factory intercooler and the hot and cold pipes.

The core is a 3.5-inch aluminum bar and plate, with 3/16-inch TIG-welded end tanks. The hot-side tube is 2.5 inches. The cold side steps from 3.5 inches to 3. Both are mandrel-bent aluminum in wrinkle black. aFe lists about 21 percent more flow than the factory system. The inlets are billet quick-connects with O-rings, so it uses the factory mounts. Two 1/8-inch NPT ports are in the kit for a sensor or a water-meth nozzle.

It fits 2018–2020 F-150 trucks with the 3.0 Powerstroke.
