The Air Lift 57242 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the 1996–2026 Ford E-450 Super Duty and E-450 Class C motorhome chassis (GVWR over 14,050 lbs). It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
