The Air Lift 57289 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the 2014–2026 Ram 2500 2WD and 4WD (coil-spring rear suspension). It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
