The Air Lift 57291 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the 1999–2007 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty pickups equipped with a B&W hitch #1105 or #1199R. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.

Air Lift note: Only fits trucks equipped with B&W hitch part # 1105 and # 1199R in 49" position with minor modifications to both B&W and Air Lift upper bracket.
