Built for Super Duty trucks that already have a Reese fifth-wheel hitch. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 kit (part #57298) adds up to 5,000 lbs of adjustable rear load support so a 1994–2004 F-250 or F-350 stays level and stable when towing or hauling. These helper air springs work with the factory leaf springs to fight squat, trailer sway, and bottoming out. Air pressure is fully adjustable from 5–100 PSI, so you can firm the ride when the hitch is loaded and drop pressure for a smoother empty ride.
