The Air Lift 57298 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the Ford F-250 / F-350 pickups equipped with a Reese fifth wheel hitch, including 1999–2004 Super Duty 2WD and 4WD. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
