The Air Lift 57347 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the 2008–2010 Ford F-450 Super Duty pickup (2WD / 4WD, non-commercial chassis). It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
