The Air Lift 57531 LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 2019–2026 Ram 3500 2WD and 4WD pickups. It uses 7-inch double-bellows air springs to add adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
