The Air Lift 57538 LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 2011–2019 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD. It uses 7-inch double-bellows air springs to add adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
