The Air Lift 88212 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 2005–2010 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 2WD and 4WD pickups. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
