The Air Lift 88242 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 1996–2026 Ford E-450 Super Duty and E-450 Class C motorhome chassis (14,000+ lb GVWR). It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
