The Air Lift 88352 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 2020–2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD single rear wheel (SRW) pickups. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
