The Air Lift 88393 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 1999–2004 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 2WD pickups. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
