The Air Lift 88395 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 2011–2016 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 2WD and 2011–2014 F-450 2WD pickups. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.

Air Lift note: Fits single rear wheel (SRW) and dual rear wheel (DRW) models. Will fit ALL models without a fifth-wheel hitch and will also fit most side mount fifth wheel hitch applications. Does not fit cab & chassis applications.
