The Air Lift 88399 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 2017–2019 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD and 2017–2026 F-450 4WD pickups. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
