5.9 24V Cummins Factory Replacement 100GPH Raptor Pump (FRRP) — AirDog R3SBD100
Replace the weak factory lift pump on your 1998.5–2002 Dodge 5.9L 24-valve Cummins with a direct-fit AirDog Raptor that actually keeps the VP44 fed.
The stock block-mounted pump is a known weak point. When it fades, fuel pressure drops, the injection pump is starved, and reliability goes with it. The AirDog R3SBD100 (FRRP-100) is a 100 GPH gerotor Raptor pump built to bolt onto the factory engine-block bracket, reuse the OEM suction line, and feed the factory filter housing. No tank drop. No custom plumbing maze. Most installs take under 30 minutes.
Why this pump
- 100 GPH flow — roughly 30 GPH more than stock, enough for stock trucks and moderate upgrades / programmers
- Adjustable regulator, factory preset around 14–16 PSI so the VP44 sees consistent supply
- Direct factory replacement — mounts in the OEM location
- Upgraded 1/2" lines and fittings included
- No return line required
- Built for stock to moderately modified 5.9 24V applications
Fitment
- 1998.5–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500
- 5.9L 24-valve Cummins (VP44)
- Trucks that still use the factory block-mounted lift pump
Does not fit trucks that have already been converted to an in-tank lift pump. For those, use the matching AirDog / Raptor in-tank system instead. For higher-demand builds, step up to the FRRP-150 (R3SBD150).
What’s in the box
Raptor FRRP-100 pump, upgraded 1/2" feed line and fittings, hardware, and installation instructions.
