Upgrade the factory boost tube on your GM 6.6L Duramax L5P with the Banks Power 26005 Boost Tube Upgrade Kit. GM made various changes to components in the L5P engine bay, including a new coupler system on the cold side. Using CFD simulations, Banks engineers designed billet couplers with a perfect taper and a unique double parabolic shape to optimize airflow and reduce restriction. These couplers maintain pressure efficiency throughout the intercooler system, unlike GM's nearly full rubber hose design on the cold side. Made from mandrel-bent steel, Banks Boost-Tubes offer superior durability and strength compared to OEM Charge Air Pipes, resisting flexing, cracking, and drying out for unparalleled performance and longevity.
