The transmission also comes with a brand new valve body and an Electronic Line Pressure Controller that delivers up to 300 PSI line pressure, providing 76% more theoretical holding power. Important Installation Notes:

• Early 2011 model years will require a 6-bolt flexplate (Approx. Pre Jan 2012 build date). See BD #1041245 or contact Ford.
• A Ford scanner is required to update the TCM with the new solenoid code and initiate a relearn process, which is critical to ensure the transmission functions properly.
