BD Heavy Duty EGR Cooler for 2003-2007 6.0L Ford Power Stroke

Upgrade your 2003-2007 6.0L Ford Power Stroke with BD’s Heavy Duty EGR Cooler, designed for superior durability and reliability. Engineered to address common failures in OEM units, this replacement cooler uses TIG-welded 304L stainless steel tubes (0.375 in. O.D. x 0.048 in. wall) to replace the vulnerable OEM inner cores prone to weak brazed joints. These failures can lead to coolant leakage into the cylinders, risking severe engine damage.

The BD EGR Cooler enhances performance with added water deflectors that increase turbulence, improving coolant flow and heat dissipation. Each unit is pressure tested to ensure reliability and includes an O-ring and threaded insert for a secure fit. No performance tuner is required, and it will not trigger engine lights.
