Beans Diesel Performance 220022 2-Piece Billet Fuel & Oil Filter Cap Set

Upgrade your 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with the Beans Diesel Performance (BDP) 220022 2-piece billet cap set. These precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum caps replace the brittle factory plastic oil filter and upper fuel filter caps, delivering better heat resistance, a cleaner engine-bay look, and built-in 1/8" NPT ports for gauges or sensors.

Why These Caps?

Factory plastic caps crack and degrade over time. These USA-made (Tennessee) billet replacements use the same footprint as OEM Ford caps so they drop in without modifications. They are designed to work with Motorcraft/OEM and Racor filters and do not allow unfiltered oil to bypass the filter the way some aftermarket housings can.

Each cap is drilled and tapped for 1/8" NPT, making it easy to add:

• Fuel pressure gauge
• Oil pressure gauge
• Oil temperature sender
• Other compatible sensors
