BDP 220010 Beans Diesel Billet Upper Fuel Filter Cap

Replace the brittle factory plastic upper fuel filter cap with a precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum upgrade from Beans Diesel (Bean Machine). The OEM cap is a common failure point on 6.0 Powerstrokes — heat and age make it crack, which can allow air into the fuel system. This BDP 220010 cap solves that problem while adding a clean, professional look under the hood.

It is a direct-fit replacement with the same footprint as the original Ford cap for a straightforward, leak-free installation. The cap is designed to work properly with OEM Motorcraft and Racor filters (unlike some aftermarket caps that can allow unfiltered fuel to bypass the element). It comes pre-tapped with a 1/8" NPT port so you can easily add a fuel pressure gauge or sending unit for monitoring and diagnostics.
