Beans Diesel 220024 2-Piece Billet Fuel & Oil Filter Cap Set

Replace the brittle factory plastic filter caps on your 6.4 Powerstroke with a pair of precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum caps from Beans Diesel (Bean Machine). These direct-fit replacements solve a common weak point on 2008–2010 Super Duty trucks: OEM plastic fuel and oil filter covers that crack, warp, and leak from heat and age.

The set includes the oil filter cap and the upper (large) fuel filter cap. Both match the factory footprint for a straightforward, leak-free install and remain fully compatible with OEM Motorcraft and Racor filters. Unlike some aftermarket designs that can allow unfiltered oil to bypass the filter, these caps maintain proper filtration and help protect your engine.

Each cap is drilled and tapped with a 1/8" NPT port so you can easily add a fuel-pressure gauge, oil-pressure sensor, oil-temperature sender, or other compatible monitoring equipment.

Installation Notes
