The KC Turbos 300591 is a forged billet compressor wheel designed specifically for the low-pressure turbo in the 6.4L Powerstroke’s sequential twin-turbo setup. It replaces the factory cast wheel with no housing modifications.

Compared with the stock wheel, this design is lighter, flows more air, and is stronger under heat and boost. The result is quicker spool, sharper throttle response, improved airflow through the compound system, and typically cooler EGTs when the rest of the truck is healthy.
