5.9L & 6.7L Cummins Ram 2500/3500 4WD (4–5" Lift)
Upgrade your lifted Cummins Ram with the Bilstein B8 5100 Series front shock absorber (part #24-066464). This 46mm monotube, high-pressure gas shock is built for 4WD Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins engines and approximately 4–5" of front lift. Sold individually (two required per vehicle).
A velocity-sensitive digressive piston and self-adjusting deflective disc valving change damping as road conditions change. The monotube design dissipates heat better than typical twin-tube shocks, helping prevent fade during towing, loaded highway driving, or occasional off-road use while keeping a controlled street ride. Application-specific valving, a zinc-plated body, and a black bellows boot add durability and corrosion resistance.

Aftermarket lift kits vary, so measure pin-to-eye (from the base of the stem where the hardware sits to the center of the lower eye). This shock does not add lift by itself. Some Mega Cab or bump-stop setups may need extra clearance checks.
