CP-Carrillo PS737130S 7.3L Powerstroke Pro-H Connecting Rod Set (with CARR Multiphase Bolts)

Build a bottom end that can handle serious boost, high cylinder pressures, and extreme use. The CP-Carrillo PS737130S is a complete set of eight Pro-H connecting rods specifically designed for the 1994–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke.

These rods are manufactured from an oversized forging of Carrillo’s proprietary chrome-nickel-moly-vanadium alloy (Carrilloy / 4330M) that meets strict VAR (vacuum arc re-melt) standards. The material is maraging heat-treated to approximately 195,000 psi ultimate tensile strength and 182,000 psi yield strength while retaining excellent ductility and low notch sensitivity. Every rod is CNC-machined with probing for dimensional accuracy, magnaflux inspected multiple times, Rockwell hardness tested, shot-peened, and weight-matched.

The Pro-H beam is Carrillo’s stoutest design, built for high-horsepower diesel applications. This set includes 7/16" CARR Multiphase (MP35N) bolts rated at 285,000 psi UTS. These premium fasteners feature asymmetrical threads for superior clamp load and fatigue life and are well-suited for extreme builds and repeated stretch-method installation.
