The factory intercooler on a 2011-2016 LML Duramax cracks an end tank or leaks at the outlet boot, boost drops, and intake temps climb on a grade. Replace it with the CSF 6001 tube-and-fin cooler. Aluminum tanks replace the failed factory tanks and the outlet is a quick-connect so the stock pipe locks back on.
- Build: Tube-and-fin aluminum core, 36 inches by 23-7/8 inches and 1-1/2 inches thick. Inlet tube is 3 inches and the outlet tube is 3-1/8 inches.
- Part number: CSF 6001 crosses OEM 23359895 and 25838896.
- Fitment: 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 with the 6.6L LML Duramax.
- Does not fit: 2006-2010 LBZ or LMM trucks, and 2017-up L5P trucks. The bar-and-plate core for these same LML trucks is CSF 6022, not this tube-and-fin unit.
- Not in the box: Boots, hoses, and clamps are not included. This is the intercooler core only.
