You will get a chip programmed with 6 positions. The typical programs include usually stock, heavy tow, light tow, daily performance economy, hot street performance and extreme. A plug in performance chip plugs into the PCM and re-calibrates the programming for more fuel and optimized fuel delivery. Increases timing and shifting parameters to give you the optimal performance for your application. Programmed with custom modified programs for a modified truck.

The typical programs include usually stock, heavy tow, light tow, daily performance economy, hot street performance and extreme. Stage 1 or Stage 1.5 injectors only.

Installed this on my 96 manual power stroke , like night and day , woke my truck up , it was difficult trying to merge into freeways , no I put her in 4 th and she flies as son as I hit around 1500 rpms , and that’s only on setting number 3 , I highly recommend this tuner , very easy to install and very subtle , I did not want a fancy digital tuner with a bunch of of unecessary bells and whistles just a basic yet reliable tuner
